Thinking of Automating Google+ ?

Ever think about Automating your Google+ Account ?.Just the other day I wanted to upload a photo to Google+ but it was too soon after uploading another image just a few minutes earlier. So I thought it would be cool if you could upload a photo to Google+ and share it later. Sure there must be some software or online service to do this but who would be using it only spammers.Later I forgot about the photo and its too late to share it, So autoscheduling google+ would have helped.

Do you schedule social networks as it is not easily possible to be active in all major social networks without using automated tools to keep your streams updated but a presence on these sites is important to expand your reach.Sure we use Autotweeting tools like hootsuite and tweetdeck but as Google+ have insisted that you use your real name for your profile do you want to automate it.Is there not enough automation on twitter,facebook and other such sites already, Why not just automate skype just record a message and play it back to the people who think they are talking to you. Maybe someone is selling such a software I have seen stranger.What is the point of social networking if you are only using it for self promotion?. And sending the same message on multiple social networks.
