Samsung GT-S3350 Review and Software

The Samsung GT-S3350 is a slim bar phone design and light mobile phone that looks a little like a blackberry with WiFi, 2.Mp Camera, Music Player, Fm radio and other features on this smartphone such as SD expansion support and inbuilt dictionary.Using the Samsung Operating System with a Qwerty keyboard and Optical Trackpad.Image of Samsung GT-S3350
One of the Downsides to this so called smartphone is non availiabilty of 3G .But Supporting Edge/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900.However it is WiFi enabled which is useful firstly saving bandwidth costs from mobile internet services and secondly not being dependent on a strong GSM signal.

The phone has a qwerty keyboard which as a blogger I find quite useful you may also find the qwerty keyboard on the GT-S3350 less confusing than typing in T9 when chatting or discussing topics on Social networking sites. But the buttons have little spacing and putting in text can be difficult with this not so smartphone.

It has a  large 2.4″ LQVGA LCD screen, But another downside the phone memory is a little small and I would recommend buying a micro SD card to expand the memory of the Samsung GT-S3350 as the phone memory can become full after only a few browser pageviews.

Then the tracking pad sometimes becomes a little too sensitive and will behave a little erratically when the Samsung GT-S3350 battery is low.It is a not a very good mobile for its price. You should compare some prices for other networks before paying too much for this phone.

If you have a SD card I would recommend downloading Opera Mini as the Samsung Default browser is kinda crap. Also the Twitter and Facebook apps leave much to be desired I find that visiting the websites directly in mobile web browser like Opera mini to be much more functional.

To connect the GT-S 3330 to a computer samsung recommends Samsung Kies or PC Studio. It connects via bluetooth but I am unsure if there is a usb cable attachment available for the phone model as it does not come included. The Usb connection differs from other Samsung phone models that I have seen or used before. Do you own this phone or are your thinking of buying it let us know in the comments section below.

After Having this Phone I noticed that the battery life is poor and the Trackpad is over sensitive it the Gmail App for the Samsung Phone works quite well but the keys are too small to make a good use of the qwerty keyboard. Sometimes when logging into sites the trackpad will skip back and make mistakes when entering passwords which can be annoying especially when entering encrypted passwords.
