Hobbies Why We Lose Interest In Them, Disinterest Is Sometimes A Good Thing

When you lose interest in things it may be a sign that you are depressed, Especially if you have lost interest in many things so how do you regain interest in things again and what are the things that you just might be better of forgetting about because they were not worth taking an interest in the first place. Here is a list of things I have lost interest in and stuff I am no longer bothered with plus a few reasons I lost interest in them in the first place.

Watching Professional Sports
Let’s start with this one maybe you hate football or you are a football fanatic who knows every transfer, Yellow and Red cards players have gotten this season. I used to love football we call it soccer in Ireland as we have our own version of football. The first reason I got turned off football was because it moved to paid tv and the whole Manchester United era when everyone supported them even they had no idea where Old Trafford was let alone had any intention of going to a game. I think that when football moved away from the working class and public free to all TV it also took away many of the real fans of the game with it. Then there is the problem of following football in general, All that reading about players and stuff in the papers spreading crap about players that the common people read has nothing to do with the game itself. I also hate these guys on TV who are paid to talk nonsense about football one hour before and after games just because it’s still cheaper than paying for the creation of real programs. I will still watch highlights of games sometimes but I think what killed my interest in the game was all this unneeded media hype built around the beautiful game as some call it. But also being a Liverpool fan is not a motivation to talk much about football
either.

Computers Internet and Technology
I am still very interested in all these but these things will never make you happy, No matter how good they say they are because no matter what you buy you never have the latest device, High enough spec’s on your system. Still they are a good way of distracting you from the depressing reality of the world of Today.

Movies And TV
The Mass media shoves it down our necks each day what kind of house, job, hobbies and interests we should have, What kind of people we should hang around with and what kind of person we should be in order to be cool.

Books And Magazine’s
I feel guilty about not reading many books anymore but I have heard enough stories and fiction and generally like reference because I can directly get something from them such as books on photography, music sometimes even art. I see magazines as being just niche marketing platforms so I never did bother much with them and don’t wish to return to reading them maybe in a waiting room sometimes I will glimse through them to look for ideas but rarely find any that don’t cost me money. They used to be fun when a computer magazine would give away some free software which was the reason I bought them in the first place.

Music
Imagine a year without any music, Well that happened me once sure I did hear some tunes but was unable to pump up the volume and headphones are uncomfortable this happened because I was sharing a place I with older people who only wanted to look at boring soaps or the news on tv. They never worked and were always in the house so turning up music was not easy to do so I kinda lost interest. Now I live alone I have got myself a guitar and some great speakers and find new music everyday online so it’s a distant memory.

Cooking
I used to love cooking and worked in the catering industry for five years on and off when not working in construction and removals. But it’s no longer practical to cook in my case as electricity is expensive and my kitchen is horrible but I can sell you a whole kitchen even the Kitchen Sink

If you need one

Finding new interests that are Practical
People will say join the Golf club or take up tennis with, An one shoe fits all attitude but these hobbies are not only expensive but impractical as I am underweight if anything then you need people to go with you too these clubs and most importantly you can’t do these things without depending on other people. Sure you can play a round of golf on your own but I think people only play it to get to the bar afterwards. Whatever you take a new interest in to avoid being bored or depressed try to do something that does not require other people as people are undependable and not always there when you need them. Whatever you take up as a hobby is your own choice but anything is better that sitting about doing nothing all day and night. That is why I choose to blog here because it keeps me busy and I make some money doing it,So as mad as you may think me and my hobby is there is a method to mine how about yours ?

Important Question Does Your Beard Grow Faster When Your Tired

I am convinced that beard growth goes into a type of rate of
supersonic speed when your knackered. I would love to read anything that shows the relationship between facial hair and lack of decent sleep. If anyone has done any research into this please contact me as soon as possible via my website as this is becoming a big problem for me. On weeks when I sleep normally I can get away with 2 shaves even the designer and wimmen seem to like it I also think the stubble looks good but there are times I have to share morning and night or I end up looking like one of the guys from ZZTop and not the guy without the well past 5 o’ clock shadows who incidentally happens to be called Frank Beard not to be confused with the other Frank Beard who won eleven PGA Tour events back in the 1960′s and 70′s before I was born and ever thought of writing this and if you think it’s off topic or weird I am very sorry for you because I need to keep writing as winter is arring and I will be spending more time than usual on this website and need to think of new topics to write about and do some experimental blogging as their is not much else to do in this dump.

Stumble Upon Category List

It bugs the hell out of me every time I want to submit stuff to stumble upon and am unsure which catorgory to submit it to, Since knowing all the categories can be hard because the Stumbleupon webpage submission categories are in a java script dropdown menu and at times it can be confusing if you are going to stumble something that is not in your default category so I am listing all of the stumbleupon categories here for quick and easy category referance. B.T.W don’t you hate when people ask you to stumble things you never said you liked I think stumbleupon is not a favor network and they are serious about it simple because it’s a discovery engine and I have found very interesting content on the site over the years but people started to ask me to like stuff and if I gave it the thumbs up I would recive more like content with each stumble but I was doing someone else a favor and stumble upon presumed I wanted to see more of it. The Problem was that just because I blog about computers, gadgets and sometimes wordpress and other internet related nonsense it does not mean that I want to read about those topics all of the time.
