Xfce Clear Browser History is Blank Google Chrome

After Changing from the Gnome Desktop to XFCE by using the Terminal Command sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude install xubuntu-desktop to switch from the Gnome Ubuntu to Xfce Xubuntu Desktop because the Gnome Desktop was a little too Heavy for my laptop everything went as normal but When I went to Clear My Browsing History in the Google Chrome version for Linux I have installed I found this little Problem that the Clear History was Blank no Radio Buttons Nothing of Course I could Manually  Delete My Browsing History but that could take a while. Know how to fix this one It seems to be some relation between the System Theme and the Classic Chrome theme maybe just a missing file but I am still unsure any idea
Since I have Fixed this Problem it is some kind of display bug that was fixed by clicking on the Blank Window Strange that sometimes these problems have the most simple solution to the problem.
