What happens if you get into legal troubles with your blog. Do you understand the licensing laws laws around material you republish or using music in your you tube videos how does this all work. Have many blogger been sued for copywrite content being republished without full credit to the creator and copywrite owner. How can you defend yourself from copywite violation and exactly how are you supposed to credit people and sources in your blog posts.
Many bloggers re-title and republish other people’s work and try to earn self credit like the guy who found what you are reading is much more of a source of information than the original creator of the content. The est way to avoid such problems is to create your own blog material and you will never need to worry about having to face such legal problems. There are so many blogs being created from automated article writers sometime you feel the need to copyscape check your own content before you even publish it.
There are many copywrite mythsand people feel that they can easily copy other peoples content and get away with it. Bots will republish your content and tweet bots will claim your tweets so how do you go about protection of copywrite content or even knowing that you have the correct copywrite noticed displayed in your digital content. I have often been giving stuff with master reseller rights, free to distrubut rights and what not, But before I even think of using them I am procrastinated because I feel that using this material could land you in legal trouble as I am not a lawyer
and just someone writing a blog.
