Get your Thoughts on the Screen

Start with your thoughts

Before you write your next blog post,  why not just type what you want to say and do not check the spelling or punctuation at first. Just draft the blog post in a word processor,  so you can get your thoughts on the computer screen and work from there on editing and formatting. Now when you have done this you will start writing your blog post underneath with your thoughts placed above it. So now as you put those thoughts into your blog post you just remove them piece by piece as you write.

The next step is the Formating

Now you can easily continue with your blog post, by checking the spelling and working on better keywords to place in the blog post, unless you are not writing your blog article for SEO reasons because,  there are blog posts for readers and blog articles for search engine optimization, after all most blogs  do this in order to increase Blog readership using SEO.

Put it in your blog editor and preview it on the screen

See how it looks and what you can change in it to make your post a little better. Put some words in take words out until you are happy with the outcome. Then click publish because when you learn more you can always come back and edit it later, if it is not performing very well with search engines.

I always write free hand first. That’s the only way I can write. I write it, edit it and then finally input it into the computer. And then I edit about 4 more times before I feel it’s finished! lol

Pen and Paper as a Monkey I thought you would be using a Slate and Stone

lol I write by throwing poop on the wall. lol

Blogging seems to be a lighter job but in facts its very tough and time consuming job to start a new blog or continue an old one. Thanks for sharing your post by the way!

I am really having this problem. As I write on I make lot of spelling and grammar mistakes. By the time I correct them all I forget where I was and all the ideas are gone.

I think this is a good practice to write your thoughts and then correct it.

You could use taking a bit of your own advice and checking your work a bit more before posting!

Some periods/full stops and commas here and there would help lots. :)

Try reading your post out loud!

Good point, but did I not also say: “you can always edit it later”. Not many point out grammatical mistakes some take it as offensive others will see it as good advise.

lol offensive is when people don’t tell you and never come back!
