Saying that where we suppose to start managing our content. The first place I would start is my desktop creating a series of folders with quick access to your content without having to log into your site. You will notice how efficiently you can get your work done after organizing the content in to proper folders and sort them out. Create different folder for each of your blog category’s and save each post as a text file not all of them but the important ones that could be bringing in some extra traffic. Keep a copy of your blog posts and images you have uploaded and working on. By default, you are keeping a back up copy in case you need it. This is offline content management and it will give a good foundation to manage your blog content online as well.
Also, keep a log file to note down all the changes you have done to the blog and the results. After sometimes you can go through and check out the successful changes you have made and repeat them and avoid the once that gave you bad results.

Then put each post in to most appropriate categories or labels. Search engines as well as your visitors will find it easy to find your posts.

I like the idea arised. the key word is proper oraganise and proper manage. Thanks Chris.
Good idea about copying your blogs to your desktop as a backup. I store my website on a separate hard drive though so it doesn’t bog down my c drive. That’s always an issue, backups. You never know what will happen. Like JS went down for 4 days because the host had a major accident and lost data across 16 servers. I’m happy I had mine stored on my computer.
When it comes to content management, that is something I don’t even think about. Everything I blog about is Diamonds and Jewelry so it’s pretty easy to keep my blog on focus.
I do like the idea of pimping out previous blogs that aren’t doing so well. Just no time! :)
I think if you manage your content the Right way you could Blog About any topic. But If I started blogging about Jewelry Trees and things like it would not work on this blog.Saying that it is Interesting to some readers that would like to know more about running a blog in one of the better paying Niches. As for Pimping old posts it is also a good way to find new Ideas from older posts just by looking at them.
