It’s Hard For Bloggers To Write Timeless Content

Many blogs write about software tutorials and using websites guides but then the next version of the software comes out and the site gets or kicks out some features that it had added which often happens with Google Products and this kills off the Content Duration of your posts. Soon after they will be seen as outdated and no longer relevant by search engines and you will see a decline in traffic and not know what to do about it. How long content will last is something many bloggers forget about when writing posts but at the same time thinking too much about the length your content will last can also lead to less writing and even long periods of bloggers block.

In some cases you can try to rewrite your older content to become more relevant in the current time but sometimes this is not always that easy and even worth the effort. This is where you have to reinvent your blog and that can be a problem if your blog is a time niche blog such as a blog about a pacific model of computer, camera or phone like many gadget blogs out there in the blogosphere, I dont’t know  if people still use that word I am not sure since I do not get to read many blogs anymore mostly because I can be a little lazy if I see something is not really worth spending the time doing like reading the same stuff with new words.

This is why it’s kind of important to have a second or 3rd blog at least but keeping them all updated can be a problem without a content plan but as you all know plans never seem to work out but planning gets things done.

Written On My Phone Because Mobile Browsing is Boring

Do you find than browsing on a mobile device is boring and are there ways to make the mobile internet more user friendly

Sure you can get a better smartphone or use a better browser but I find myself sometimes feeling like I have gone back to 1998 when browsing on a mobile. But this time its not popular but install the app request. Most apps seem to nothing more than glorified bookmarks anyway and if I want any true functionality from a website 99% of the time I need to visit it on a laptop or desktop. In principal mobile browsing should be the same as desktops because Google has said the future of website design should be minimal design.

What site looks great in a professionally tweaked desktop with a high speed internet connection should work the same on a low end handheld device. Because websites should be about access to all and not just bloated eye-candy. Needlessly implemented social networking scripts slow down browser rendering especially on mobile and leak link juice both cause an effect on you’re sites ranking and send visitors to social networks that are just about data mining for the old style big companies that are trying to shut down the free enterprise that the whole buy online business in the first place.

Now how does this help make mobile browsing less boring easy you tell me below in the comments where the best sites to visit on any mobile are because I can’t find any as I am turned off using my phone to find new sites since most of then just want a Facebook like or to install an app before I even read or browse a few pages

Making Watching YouTube More Like Watching TV And Relaxing

A guy falling hahaha or whatever blooper you would like to call it may seem funny to some but what is not funny is the lack of video content being promoted that requires the attention span of more than 2 minutes. Each night I try to find documentaries, Long pieces of music that are not very variable in volume levels and just relaxing stuff to watch on my roku to help me sleep.

These byte size programs can be funny at the right time but YouTube despite it’s knowledge of my previous serch terms never seems to recommend anything longer than 5 minutes to watch.  Do you feel this happens to you quite often if so make a comment below.

Do Your Search Term On Google “Not YouTube”

Click Videos

Then Click Search Tools

After That Click On The Drop Down Menu “Any Duration” And Select “Longer Than 20 Minutes”

Now you can select videos to view that you can sit back and watch in comfort without jumping up to find something else to watch ever 2 minutes.
